Salah satu lagu favorit saya,..dari band Power Pop asal Knoxville, Tenesse: Superdrag. Mungkin band ini masih kurang familiar,..soalnya jarang band power pop yang terkenal di Indonesia. Oh iya,..ngomong2 soal power pop, sepertinya banyak orang yang masih salah menafsirkan istilah power pop itu sendiri. Power pop sejatinya adalah musik pop yang menggunakan harmonisasi vokal yang kuat dan biasanya energic,...bahkan nge-riff. Buddy Hollies mungkin inspirasi awalnya,..diikuti oleh Beach Boys, Big Star, The Beatles era pra-LSD,..trus ada The Rubinoos, Teenage Fanclub dan salah satunya adalah favorit saya; Superdrag. Jadi Pee Wee Gaskin itu bukan Power pop,..klo The Adams iya. hehe....
